WHAT IS IT?
Northwest Funeral Alternative Inc. is a non profit corporation incorporated
under the Ontario Corporations Act to provide it's members, and others, with
a simple alternative to more elaborate final arrangements for a deceased
person. We are known as a Transfer Service and
are licensed by The
Board of Funeral Service.
WHAT IS THE ALTERNATIVE PROVIDED BY
NORTHWEST?
Upon death Northwest Funeral Alternative Inc. will provide for members or
others seeking final arrangements, the following Basic
Service.
Terms of Membership
Membership requires a non-refundable Lifetime Membership Fee of $25.00 and
the completion and filing of the designation form.
Who is included in The Lifetime
Membership?
The applicant, the applicants spouse, dependent children of the applicant.
Each person under a membership may vote at a meeting of the Northwest Funeral
Alternative members.
